&lt;li&gt;Maintain accurate financial records using Xero, QuickBooks, and related systems&lt;/li&gt;
&lt;li&gt;Process accounts payable (AP) and accounts receivable (AR)&lt;/li&gt;
&lt;li&gt;Accurately capture invoices, payments, and other financial transactions&lt;/li&gt;
&lt;li&gt;Perform bank reconciliations and reconcile key general ledger accounts&lt;/li&gt;
&lt;li&gt;Assist with payroll processing and related recordkeeping&lt;/li&gt;
&lt;li&gt;Support compliance with relevant tax and employment requirements&lt;/li&gt;
&lt;li&gt;Respond professionally to client and internal finance-related queries&lt;/li&gt;
&lt;li&gt;Maintain organised financial records, supporting documents, and procedure files&lt;/li&gt;
&lt;li&gt;Provide general administrative support linked to the bookkeeping function&lt;/li&gt;

&lt;p&gt;To take full and sole responsibility for the profitable operation of the property, including the employees, and effective and efficient services to all guests by overseeing all aspects of the Management of the Property in accordance with the SOP’s, including maximization of financial performance, guest satisfaction and staff development.&lt;/p&gt;
&lt;h3&gt;Minimum Requirements:&lt;/h3&gt;

&lt;li&gt;Hotel Management Diploma or equivalent essential&lt;/li&gt;
