Introduction

We are looking for an experienced E-Commerce Admin clerk to join our fast-paced retail environment where every day is unique and interesting. The primary focus of the role is to effectively administer and provide support relating to the retail E-Commerce department.

Description

Providing excellent customer service through effective administration and support.

Key Duties

Key duties include:

  • Performing administrative duties within the department
  • Obtaining and updating website and backend content
  • Monitoring and collaborating online activities, including fraudulent activities
  • Layby and Credit applications
  • Dealing with customers in a customer centric manner
  • Effective self-management and teamwork

Minimum requirements

  • Grade 12
  • 7 - 12 Months administrative experience preferably in Retail

Competencies

  • Basic Retail Knowledge
  • Knowledge of relevant systems
  • Content management System Magento preferably
  • Customer/Vendor administration exposure in a Retail environment
  • Attention to detail
