Introduction
We are looking for an experienced E-Commerce Admin clerk to join our fast-paced retail environment where every day is unique and interesting. The primary focus of the role is to effectively administer and provide support relating to the retail E-Commerce department.
Description
Providing excellent customer service through effective administration and support.
Key Duties
Key duties include:
- Performing administrative duties within the department
- Obtaining and updating website and backend content
- Monitoring and collaborating online activities, including fraudulent activities
- Layby and Credit applications
- Dealing with customers in a customer centric manner
- Effective self-management and teamwork
Minimum requirements
- Grade 12
- 7 - 12 Months administrative experience preferably in Retail
Competencies
- Basic Retail Knowledge
- Knowledge of relevant systems
- Content management System Magento preferably
- Customer/Vendor administration exposure in a Retail environment
- Attention to detail
