Minimum Requirements:
- B Degree in Business Administration or equivalent relevant qualification
- 3 years' experience as a Manager in a similar environment
Core Responsibilities:
- Develop, plan, implement and drive a functional operational strategy and leadership in response to the overall Departmental strategy
- Manage operational processes, overall planning, organizing, monitoring and controlling of resources to achieve specific goals
- Render overall office administration and management responsibilities for the office of the HOD and their teams to ensure effective and efficient administration
- Develop, manage and implement response tracking systems to ensure that all questions received from different spheres of Government are responded to in time
- Co-ordinate and compile progress reports as required to various committees and forums
- Perform overall office administration and management responsibilities for the office of the HOD and their teams
- Establish, implement and manage operational governance and risk management processes in the context of organisational policy
- Manage the development and implementation of the budget within the Division
- Provide effective customer service to the public and build relationships with the stakeholders
- Build and sustain relationships with decision makers and interest groups in support of Divisional groups
