Nursing Assistant Grade 1 to 3 (General Inpatients) at Western Cape Department of Health and Wellness Jobs

Experience:

• Grade 1: A minimum of 10 years of appropriate and recognisably nursing experience gained after registration with the South African Nursing Council (SANC) as a Nursing Assistant.
• Grade 2: A minimum of 20 years of appropriate and recognisably nursing experience gained after registration with the South African Nursing Council (SANC) as a Nursing Assistant.

Minimum Educational Qualification:

• A qualification that permits registration with the South African Nursing Council (SANC) as a Nursing Assistant.

Duties:

• Assist patients with activities of daily living.
• Provide basic clinical nursing care.
• Ensure effective utilisation of physical and financial resources.
• Maintain professional growth, ethical standards, and self-development.
