Job Description

  • A vacancy exists for a Regional Sales Admin Supervisor within Kazang – Merchant Division, in Durban.
  • The Regional Sales Admin Supervisor will form part of the Kazang Sales team. The responsibilities of the role include:

Key Responsibilities include, but are not limited to:

  • Managing daily, weekly, and monthly reports to demonstrate the effectiveness of Sales Representatives.
  • Enhancing existing reports for greater efficiency and ensuring information is available to support the informal channel.
  • Distributing these reports via dashboards to the relevant Sales Manager.
  • Using reports to identify devices that have stopped trading.
  • Escalating these findings to the relevant Salesperson or Field Technician for follow-up.
  • Ensuring any related issues are resolved satisfactorily by escalating to the relevant Department Head.
  • Leading the Regional Sales Admin team.
  • Completing various regional administrative tasks.
  • Managing base-level administrative responsibilities.
  • Assigning tasks to other Sales Administrators.
  • Coordinating the weekly planning of Field Service Technicians.
  • Controlling and managing device stock.
  • Controlling and managing regional marketing materials.
  • Performing any ad-hoc administrative duties as required by the Company.
  • Assisting with ad-hoc support work for the Regional Manager.

In order to be considered for this position, the following requirements must be met:

  • Matriculation.
  • Relevant tertiary qualification focusing on Marketing, Analytics, or Management. A degree in Sales Management is advantageous.
  • 3-5 years of administrative experience managing others.
  • Advanced computer literacy skills, including Outlook and Excel.
  • Ability to work with large amounts of data.
