Position: Regional Sales Admin Supervisor
Location: Pretoria North
Job Overview
The Regional Sales Admin Supervisor will lead the Kazang Sales team's administrative functions within the Merchant Division. This role involves managing daily, weekly, and monthly reports to track Sales Representative effectiveness, expanding report capabilities for enhanced efficiency, and ensuring the informal channel has necessary information. The supervisor will identify devices that have stopped trading and escalate issues to the relevant Salesperson or Field Technician for resolution, ensuring satisfactory outcomes through escalation to Department Heads if needed. Key responsibilities include leading the Regional Sales Admin team, handling regional admin tasks, coordinating Field Service Technicians, managing device stock and marketing materials, and providing ad-hoc support to the Regional Manager.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage daily, weekly, and monthly reports to demonstrate Sales Representative effectiveness.
- Expand existing reports to improve efficiency and provide necessary information for the informal channel.
- Distribute reports via dashboards to the relevant Sales Manager.
- Identify devices that have stopped trading using reports.
- Escalate identified issues to the relevant Salesperson or Field Technician for follow-up.
- Ensure satisfactory resolution of issues by escalating to the relevant Department Head.
- Lead the Regional Sales Admin team.
- Complete various regional administrative tasks.
- Handle base administration responsibilities.
- Assign tasks to other Sales Administrators.
- Coordinate weekly planning of Field Service Technicians.
- Control and manage device stock.
- Control and manage region marketing material.
- Perform ad-hoc administration as required by the Company.
- Assist with ad-hoc support work for the Regional Manager.
Requirements
- Matriculation certificate.
- Relevant tertiary qualification in Marketing, Analytics, or Management. A degree in Sales Management is advantageous.
- 3-5 years of administrative experience managing others.
- Advanced computer literacy skills in Outlook and Excel.
- Ability to work with large amounts of data.
