Position Purpose
- Transnet Rail Infrastructure Manager TRIM invites suitable, unemployed South African graduates between the ages of 18-35 to apply for a two-year graduate development programme, within various functional areas. This programme provides both institutionalised knowledge and on-the-job training to build solid work experience, increasing employability prospects.
- The programme is structured and mentored for twenty-four months. Candidate progress is assessed every six months to ensure alignment with expectations for both the candidate and TRIM.
Position Outputs
- Candidate will follow a 2 year graduate program.
Qualifications and Experience
- Bachelor's Degree in Business Management (BTech qualification with minimum NQF Level 6 and above) from a Department of Higher Education & Training registered institution (University or University of Technology). No prior work experience is required. Applicants will undergo a recruitment process, and successful candidates will be placed in various Departments within TRIM.
