Position Purpose
Transnet Rail Infrastructure Manager TRIM invites suitable, unemployed South African graduates between the ages of 18-35 to apply for a two-year graduate development programme within various functional areas. The programme provides both institutionalised knowledge and on-the-job training to build solid work experience, enhancing future employability prospects. Structured and mentored for twenty-four months, candidate progress is assessed every six months to ensure alignment with both the candidate and TRIM's expectations.
Position Outputs
Candidate will follow a 2-year graduate program.
Qualifications and Experience
B Degree in Financial Management or equivalent. No prior work experience is required. Applicants undergo a recruitment process, with successful candidates placed in various TRIM departments.
