Transnet Rail Infrastructure Manager TRIM (TRIM) invites suitable, unemployed South African graduates aged between 18 and 35 to apply for a two-year graduate development programme. This programme is designed to provide participants with both institutionalised knowledge and on-the-job training, building a solid foundation of work experience to enhance future employability prospects.

The programme is structured and mentored over twenty-four months. Progress is assessed every six months to ensure alignment with the expectations of both the candidate and TRIM.

This exciting opportunity is aimed at unemployed graduates from Department of Higher Education & Training (DHET) registered institutions, including Universities and Universities of Technology. Applicants must possess a Bachelors' degree or BTech qualification at a minimum NQF Level 6 or higher, with no prior work experience in their field of study.

During the programme, successful candidates will be placed in various departments within TRIM.

Qualifications and Experience:

• Diploma in Human Resources (HR) or Industrial Psychology, or an equivalent qualification.
• No prior work experience is required. However, all applicants will undergo a recruitment process.
