Position Purpose
Transnet Rail Infrastructure Manager TRIM invites suitable, unemployed South African graduates between the ages of 18-35 to apply for a two-year graduate development programme, within various functional areas. The programme provides both institutionalised knowledge and on-the-job training to build solid work experience and increase employability prospects. Structured and mentored for twenty-four months, candidate progress is assessed every six months to ensure the programme meets expectations for both the candidate and TRIM.
Position Outputs
Candidate will follow a 2 year graduate program.
Qualifications and Experience
B Degree / National Diploma Logistics/Supply Chain. No prior work experience is required. Applicants will undergo a recruitment process, and successful candidates will be placed in various Departments within TRIM.
