Transnet Rail Infrastructure Manager TRIM Graduate Development Programme
Transnet Rail Infrastructure Manager TRIM invites suitable, unemployed South African graduates between the ages of 18-35 to apply for a two-year graduate development programme. This programme provides both institutionalised knowledge and on-the-job training to build solid work experience, increasing prospects for employability.
Programme Structure
- The programme is structured and mentored for twenty-four months.
- Candidates' progress is assessed after every six months to ensure the programme meets expectations for both the candidate and TRIM.
Target Audience
- Unemployed graduates from Department of Higher Education & Training registered institutions (Universities, Universities of Technology).
- Bachelors' degree / BTech qualification with a minimum NQF Level 6 and above.
- No prior work experience in their respective field of study required.
Programme Outputs
- Candidate will follow a 2 year graduate program.

- B Degree in Real Estate/Property. No prior work experience is required.
