We are seeking a dedicated and customer-focused individual to join our team in a role supporting our logistics and customer service operations. The successful candidate will be responsible for a range of tasks ensuring efficient order fulfillment, vehicle management, and excellent customer interaction.
Duties & Responsibilities:
- Process customer orders efficiently and accurately.
- Assist with the loading and offloading of vehicles as required.
- Pack and prepare yard stock items for shipment or storage.
- Maintain the cleanliness and safety of company vehicles.
- Provide prompt and helpful assistance to customers and suppliers.
- Perform necessary activities in the wash bay to maintain vehicle appearance.
- Deliver exceptional customer service at all times.
- Uphold and actively promote the company’s core values and positive work culture.
Requirements:
- Completion of Grade 12 (Matric).
- Demonstrated product knowledge relevant to the role.
