Job description
- Provide customers with orders and support order fulfillment processes.
- Assist with loading and offloading of vehicles, ensuring efficient and safe operations.
- Pack yard stock items, organizing inventory for storage and distribution.
- Maintain cleaning and safekeeping standards for all company vehicles.
- Offer assistance to customers and suppliers, addressing inquiries and requests professionally.
- Perform wash bay activities, including vehicle cleaning and maintenance tasks.
- Deliver excellent customer service, building positive relationships with all stakeholders.
- Uphold and actively promote the company’s core values and desired culture within the workplace.
- Minimum educational requirement: Grade 12 (or equivalent).
- Essential knowledge: Comprehensive understanding of company products and services.
