Key Responsibilities
- Publish information on the website. This includes sourcing content, updating design and layout, ensuring policies are approved, and maintaining consistency.
- Monitor internal communication channels. Develop new tools, processes, and materials, and manage newsletters and publications.
- Analyze survey feedback and create plans to improve communication performance.
- Create and edit messaging for company documents and develop a national framework for key messages.
Required Qualification
- A three‑year tertiary qualification (degree or diploma) in Communications with at least 360 credits/NQF level 6, plus 3‑5 years of experience in communications, with at least 2 years in a supervisory role.
