Qualifications
- A three‑year bachelor’s degree or equivalent.
- Proven experience in customer service management, with at least three years in a supervisory role.
- Familiarity with Government Employees Pension Fund (GEPF) services, systems, and products.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage customer relationships across the Gauteng region.
- Develop and maintain an annual performance plan and service delivery action plans.
- Provide input on policy development and ensure its effective implementation.
- Review workflows, capacity planning, and streamline processes for efficiency.
- Keep SOPs up‑to‑date and ensure compliance.
- Promote the Batho Pele Principles in all interactions.
- Lead the office in achieving GPAA strategic objectives.
- Develop and implement quality‑assurance and risk‑management strategies.
- Monitor compliance with regulations, audit findings, and maintain an updated risk register.
- Build partnerships with internal and external stakeholders.
- Oversee resolution of enquiries and complaints from stakeholders.
- Drive transformation initiatives and implement system improvements.
- Prepare operational plans, quarterly and annual reports.
- Manage staff performance, development, succession planning, and budget.
- Ensure employment equity and monitor productivity.
