Job Description

Provide customers with orders and assist with loading and offloading of vehicles. Pack yard stock items and ensure the cleaning and safekeeping of vehicles. Provide assistance to customers and suppliers and complete wash bay activities. Deliver excellent customer service and uphold the company values and culture.

Key Responsibilities:

• Process customer orders accurately and efficiently.
• Assist with the loading and offloading of vehicles, ensuring safety and security.
• Pack yard stock items according to procedures and maintain inventory accuracy.
• Clean and maintain vehicles to ensure they are in optimal condition and secure.
• Provide proactive and helpful assistance to customers and suppliers.
• Perform all required wash bay activities to maintain vehicle cleanliness.
• Deliver exceptional customer service at all times.
• Promote and embody the company’s core values and culture within the workplace.

Requirements:

• Grade 12 (or equivalent) qualification.
• Strong product knowledge and understanding of inventory management.
