The ideal candidatemust hold a Matric Grade 12 and possess a minimum of 3 years of HSE training experience coupled with 5 years of industry experience. Additionally, they should be an accredited Train the Trainer with registration as Assessor and Moderator, supported by an ETDP statement showing qualifications as facilitator, assessor, and moderator. Proficiency in SAMTRAC and a National Diploma in Safety Management at NQF level 7 or higher is essential. Advantageous certifications include ISO 9001:2015, ISO 14001:2015, and ISO 45001:2018. The candidate must have their own reliable vehicle, be willing to travel, and be fluent in English with at least one other national language being advantageous. Experience with MS Office is required, and preference will be given to employment equity candidates.
