Human Resources Clerk Position
Minimum Requirements
- Senior Certificate Grade 12 or equivalent qualification.
- A valid Code B or higher driving licence. Note: Individuals with disabilities that restrict driving but who have reasonable access to transport are eligible to apply.
Key Performance Areas
- Perform all PERSAL-related functions and data capture.
- Provide support for all human resource functions, including:
- Application of leave policy.
- Handling injuries on duty.
- Collection and distribution of quarterly IPDPs.
- Appointments and service terminations.
- Maintenance of registers and statistics.
- Selection, recruitment, and placement.
- Filing and handling HR-related queries.
- Providing secretariat functions.
- Support the Chief Clerk: HR and provide general office support.
- Assist the District Roads Engineer with related duties.
